Introduction:

Dr. Nosheen Rashid has been working as Assistant Professor (TTS) since November, 29th, 2021, in the Department of Chemistry, University of Education Lahore, Faisalabad Campus. Before this, She earned her Ph.D. degree from FOCAS Research Institute, Dublin Institute of Technology, Dublin, Ireland under the supervision of Prof Dr. Fiona M. Lyng, while working on Raman micro spectroscopy for the characterization of cervical cancer. Recently, she is trying to explore the applications of Raman micro spectroscopy in disease diagnosis and drug-target interaction. The ongoing research work includes the use of Raman spectroscopy and Multivariate data analysis techniques for the diagnosis of Hepatitis C and breast cancer.
