Introduction:
Dr. Saima Bibi did her PhD
in Education from Institute of Education & Research, University of the
Punjab, Lahore in 2020. She has been serving in the field of Teaching since 2012.
She has attended a number of conferences/ workshops on Changing Role of
Teachers in 21st Century, Trends and Issues in Educational Research,
Education in Pakistan: Practices and Challenges, Curriculum Development,
Teaching Methods etc. She is teaching to
M.Phil., Masters and B.S classes and supervising research theses. Her aim of
life is to uplift the status of teachers by equipping prospective teachers with
weapons of best teaching strategies and developing outstanding competencies in
prospective teachers by aligning them with the needs of presents society and
challenges of technology enriched and globalized era. Her focus of interest is
to conduct research on different areas of Teacher Education.
