Introduction:

Misbah Ghufran has been serving as Lecturer in English at University of Education, Lahore, since 2014. Earlier, she has served as a Visiting Lecturer at Bahauddin Zakariya University. She is a distinction holder of her session at Bahauddin Zakariya University. She received a Gold Medal and a Merit Certificate for her outstanding performance in BA Joint (Hons.) in English Literature & Linguistics. She has successfully completed online courses on Creative Writing from Wesleyan University of United States. 

She has been the focal person of Pink Ribbon Campaign at Dera Ghazi Khan Campus. She also is a solidarity member of Federation of Endangered Languages (FEL).

Her areas of interest are Comparative and World Literature, Postmodern Fiction, Postcolonial Literature, African Literature, Sociolinguistics, Ecolinguistics and Applied Linguistics.
