5th Annual Seerat Conference was held at University of Education, Township Campus which was attended by renowned scholars like Dr. Hafiz Saad Ullah, Dr. Asia Shabir, Dr. Shahida Parveen, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Tahir Mustafa and Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Talat Naseer Pasha (S.I.). A large number of students and teachers were also present on the occasion. In this year the theme of the Conference was “Guidance of New Generation in the Light of Seerat ul Nabi (PBUH)”.
In his address the Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Talat Naseer Pasha (S.I.) said Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is the greatest teacher for mankind. He should be the role model for our youth if they want to succeed in every field of life. He was the last messenger of Allah so we should follow His path in our daily life. Dr. Pasha said the Seerat Chair established in University of Education is working on spreading the messes of knowledge, peace, love and humanity through “Oswa-i-Hasna”. We can overcome all our problems if we follow our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in true letter and spirit, he added.
