Introduction:
Khalid Mahmood
received the MSCS degree from COMSATS University Pakistan. He is currently an
Assistant Professor at the Department of the Information Sciences University of
Education Pakistan. He is a Ph.D. (Computer Science) scholar at the COMSATS University Pakistan under the supervision of Dr.
Ghulam Rasool, Dr. Fatima Sabir, and Dr. Yann-Gaël Guéhéneuc (University of Montreal, Canada). His research
works focus on client service quality, maintenance, and evolution. In
particular, he is interested in the impact of patterns and antipatterns in web
services.
