Introduction:

Dr. Muhammad Arfan has joined University of Education Lahore (Vehari Campus) as an Assistant Professor (TTS) since September 2020. He completed his Ph.D. research in the Ministry of Education Key Laboratory for Bio-Resource and Eco-Environment, College of Life Science, Sichuan University, Chengdu, China. His research has been focused on understanding the role of brassinosteroids (BRs) in alleviating biotic and abiotic stresses. His current research work focuses on ecosystem approaches to agriculture for sustainable management of natural resources and livelihoods in Pakistan. He also teaches several courses relevant to his specialization.
