Introduction:

Dr. Sana Ullah is a passionate Zoologist and an animated predictive toxicologist. He understands well the creative demands of his subject. He strongly believes in individual differences and variety among students. He keeps in view multiple intelligences (MIs), students' different learning styles, applied demand, the nature of his subject, and the contemporary need to train students in the higher levels of cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains. Therefore, he utilizes and adopts different approaches to teach his students in a more inclusive environment and trains them to tackle future challenges. 

Dr. Sana Ullah is a fish science/fisheries enthusiast & researcher, focusing on aquatic toxicology and the ecotoxicology of emerging contaminants. Using fish as model organisms, he investigates behavioral, physiological, hematological, biochemical, histopathological, and molecular stress responses to pollutants. His goal is to translate these insights into sustainable aquaculture, conservation, and healthier ecosystems. A portion of his research is dedicated to the effects of pollution on ichthyodiversity and limnology. He is also interested in pollution behavior-based research, global health, and public health & safety research. 

Dr. Sana Ullah is included in the Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University for consecutive years (including this year). Moreover, he is ranked 1st in Biological Sciences and 2nd in Natural Sciences among the top researchers at the University of Education by the AD Scientific Index. During his tenure at the University of Education, he started the Fisheries and Aquaculture Lab at the Jauharabad Campus and, since then, has supervised/co-supervised 20+ students, with their research being published in prestigious journals. Currently, he is supervising 6 MS students and working in different administrative capacities, including UMS focal person, evening coordinator, and convener of the departmental inspection committee.
