Introduction:
Dr. Fehmeada is an Associate Professor/Coordinator at the Department of Zoology University of Education Lahore, Multan campus, Multan Pakistan.
Drawing on her working experience in the domain of Zoology, Fehmeada's research examines conservation of natural resources and biodiversity of the protected areas, strengthening of biodiversity of the protected areas, influence of biodiversity on the socioeconomic status of the protected areas communities and sustainable and economical aquaculture production & its nutrition.
She teaches courses related to Biodiversity, Wildlife & Ecology, Conservation of natural resources, Fisheries & Aquaculture to undergraduate as well as postgraduate students of the Department of Zoology and other relevant under and Postgraduate degree programs.
She has received several awards for his research, including a start-up research grant from Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, grants from BZU, Multan and an international research grant from the Australian Agriculture Department, Govt of Australia in collaboration with SUNAR Pakistan. Previously, she worked as an Assistant Professor, Faculty of Veterinary Sciences, BZU Multan.
Dr. Fehmeada holds BS (Hons.) Zoology, M.Phil. in Wildlife & Ecology and Ph.D. also in Wildlife & Ecology (UVAS, Lahore).
