Introduction:

Dr. Madiha Rehman Farooqi is serving as a lecturer since 2021. She has earned her doctorate from the Institute of the Administrative Sciences, University of Punjab. She has been associated with conventional and virtual teaching for almost 8 years in public and private sector universities. She is an active participant in local and international conferences. She has numerous publications on her credit. She is also the author of three chapters of two books. Her areas of interest include Human Resource Management, OB,  public administration reforms, HRM in public sector organizations, and institutional reforms in Pakistan.
