Introduction:

I am an associate Professor, Physics at the University of Education, Lahore, Vehari Campus. I got Ph.D. (2011-15) in Material Science from the Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) and a postdoc (2015-17) from Tianjin University, China. I have published more than 60 refereed journal articles in high-impact journals with a Cumulative Impact Factor (CIF) of -500. Some of my publications rank very high in the academic community e.g: ACS energy letters (IF 23), Adv. Energy Materials (IF 29), Nano Energy (IF 17.7), J. Am. Chem. Soc. (IF 15.4), Applied catalysis B (IF 19.5), and J. Mater. Chem. A (IF 12.7). My publications have generated 6000 citations and an h-index of 34 (Google Scholar). I won several national and international research awards such as the ABDUS SALAM PRIZE in Physics from the Pakistan Academy of Science and  BEST RESEARCH PAPER from the Higher Education Commission, PAKISTAN. I also got the Best student award, excellent student, and distinguished student awards, from BIT, China.
