Introduction:

She is working as an Assistant Professor  in Organizational Behavior at UE Business School (Bank Road Campus), since December, 2021. She completed her B.Com and M.Com in  from Hailey College of Commerce, University of the Punjab, Lahore  and PhD in Business Administration  from National College of Business Administration & Economics, Lahore, Pakistan.

She is an HEC approved supervisor and  had the privilege of working at several esteemed public and private universities, which has allowed her to broaden her perspective and enhance her teaching and research skills. Her primary area of expertise is Management, specifically focusing on the fascinating interplay of emotions, workplace spirituality, leadership, and adaptability. She is  passionate about exploring how these factors influence individual and organizational behavior. Her research has been published in reputable journals, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in her field.
