Introduction:

Dr. Muhammad Adnan Sial is Assistant Professor at UE Business School, Division of Management and Administrative Science, University of Education, Lower Mall Campus, Lahore, Pakistan and his general area of research is Human Resource Management, Knowledge Management, and Organization Behaviour. His recent research works are related to knowledge management, socialization, use of information and communication technology, agencification, and public administration. In his recent work, he studied the relationship of intra-organizational socialization and extra-organizational socialization as two levels of socialization with tacit knowledge sharing. The relationship was studied in the presence of mobile technology as most modern form of information and communication technology as moderating variable. He also wrote a book chapter relating to agencification and governance of environmental protection agencies at federal, provincial, and local levels of Pakistan.

            He earned the PhD Administrative Sciences (Management) degree from Institute of Administrative Sciences, University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan. The focus of his doctoral research work was remained on knowledge sharing through socialization and mobile technology. He conducts quantitative data analysis related workshops and supervise to the students doing MPhil or PhD from UE Business School. His hobbies are swimming, book reading, and playing games with his three wonderful and lovely babies.
