Introduction:

Dr. Kashif Raza (HEC Approved PhD Supervisor) currently working as Assistant Professor in Business Administration at UE Business School, Division of Management and Administrative Sciences (DM&AS), University of Education Lahore, Faisalabad Campus Since 2020. He Graduated from National Faculty Development Program NFDP 2020 with the collaboration of the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC) & National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE). He earned his PhD in Management Science and Engineering (Finance) from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics (DUFE), Dalian, China under the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) in 2016. Before joining this University, He served in Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission from 2012 to 2016. During his stay, he worked on different research projects awarded by Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF), the Punjab Agriculture Research Board (PARB) Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) and International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). Dr. Kashif Raza is a life time member of International Society for Development and Sustainability (ISDS) Japan dedicated to promoting science and practice in all aspects of environmental, economic, social and cultural sustainability. He has the status of Associate Fellow (AFHEA) in recognition of attainment against the UK Professional Standards Framework for teaching and learning support in higher education. He participated in various training conferences and seminars conducted by The National Business Education Accreditation Council (NBEC) to promote the quality of business education in Pakistan.
