Dr. Kashif Raza is an HEC-approved PhD supervisor
and currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at UE
Business School, Division of Management and Administrative Sciences
(DM&AS), University of Education Lahore, Faisalabad Campus, a position he has
held since 2020. He completed the National Faculty Development Program (NFDP)
in 2020, a collaborative initiative between the Higher Education Commission of
Pakistan (HEC) and the National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE).
Dr. Raza earned his PhD in Management Science
and Engineering (Finance) from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics
(DUFE), Dalian, China, under the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) in 2016.
Prior to his current role, he worked at the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission
from 2012 to 2016, where he contributed to various research projects funded by
the Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF), the Punjab Agriculture Research Board
(PARB), the Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC), and the International
Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
He is a lifetime member of the International Society for Development and Sustainability (ISDS) in Japan, which is dedicated to promoting science and practice in environmental, economic, social, and cultural sustainability. Additionally, Dr. Raza holds the status of Associate Fellow (AFHEA) in recognition of his achievements against the UK Professional Standards Framework for teaching and learning support in higher education. Dr. Raza has actively participated in various training sessions, conferences, and seminars conducted by the National Business Education Accreditation Council (NBEAC) to enhance the quality of business education in Pakistan.
