Introduction:

Dr. Ahmed Muneeb has recently joined University of Education, Jauharabad Campus after completing his PhD in Botany from University of Sargodha. His primary research interests include the areas of Plant Eco-Physiology, Plant Diversity and Anatomy. In addition to this, he has also worked on Ethno-botany and use of folk medicines from the Vanhar Valley of Punjab. He has published more than 15 articles in reputed international journals. He is currently supervising 5 M. Phil students from Departments of Botany and Zoology.  In addition to that he is working on establishing a Botanic Garden at Jauharabad Campus of the University of Education, Lahore.
