Introduction:

I am Dr. Mohammad Iqbal working as associate professor  at  Division of Education ,University of Education Lahore for last seventeen years since 2005  First  lecture and then Assistant Professor since August 2007. Senior Most Assistant professor of Education in all campuses of university. I have been selected as associate professor on March 26th 2021. Did Post Doc from University of Leicester UK in  2nd Batch 2007-08 I have been the member of British Educational Leadership Management and  Administrative Society  and History Society of UK. I also remain the member of Pakistan Education Foundation. .My area of specialization is Educational Leadership and Management. Having separate master degree in Educational Planning and Management and Planning. I have also officiated  the Department of Edu. Leadership and Policy studies during the situation of Pandemic of Covid 19. I Have 17 years  experience of teaching classes from B. Ed to Ph.D.. More than 100 MPhil students and five  PhD students completed their research projects under my supervision  and awarded degree. degree . Currently I am supervision 3 Ph.D. and 11 M.Phil students, research projects. I have been Member of BASAR for three years. I am also member of Board of studies for last 10 years. I have been HEC approved Supervisor from 2014 to 2017 and currently I am also HEC approved supervisor since August 2021, I  always  worked for the  development of  Division of Education and also for the teacher education. Prior to University teaching I have 17 years experience of  teaching and admiration  at secondary and Higher secondary level.
