Dr. Sadia Shaukat has been with the University of Education since 2007. As an educationist, researcher, and consultant, she plays a key role in addressing educational challenges. Her research primarily focuses on Teacher Efficacy Beliefs, Higher Education, Professional Standards for Teachers, and Professional Identity.
She has successfully obtained funding for research projects from a range of national and international bodies, including the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, and the Qatar Foundation. Dr. Shaukat has also been honored with several prestigious awards, such as the Best Teacher Award from the Higher Education Commission, the Anita Ghulam Ali Award, and recognition from UNESCO.
