Introduction:

I am an Associate Professor and Chairperson at the University of Education Business School in Lahore, Pakistan. With a PhD in Management from UTM Malaysia, my expertise lies in organizational behavior, psychological capital, work-family balance, and leadership. My current research explores the impact of leadership styles on employee well-being and the role of psychological capital in sustainable entrepreneurial practices. I am actively involved in teaching, research supervision, and providing psychological counseling, with a strong focus on enhancing both individual and organizational outcomes.
