Introduction:
I am an Associate Professor at UE business school. I have done my Ph.D. in management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2019, availing PHEC foreign scholarship. My research interests are work-life balance, positive psychology, emotions, and well-being. I am also a trainer of soft skills, personality development, and research methods.
