Introduction:
He is Assistant Professor in the Department
of History and Arts, Division of Arts & Social Sciences University of Education,
Lower Mall Campus, Lahore, Pakistan and has been Chairperson of Department for
three years 2019-2022. His major area of interest is History & politics of
Modern South Asia, Chinese Studies, Electoral Politics, Partition Studies,
Migration & Diaspora, History of Pakistan, Colonial and Post-Colonial
Punjab. He has published numerous research articles in national and
international research journals. He also has presented papers at international conferences
and has also organized five international conferences and a number of seminars
and lectures on different themes and topics related to Arts and Humanities and
