Rashid is a self-motivated academician with more than fifteen years of teaching, training, counseling,   research, and administrative experience. With a mission to aid the young human capital, he has represented his organization at several public and private forums as figurehead, together with HED, HEC, and most   recently Qasim Ali Shah Foundation, where he conducted numerous training programs in the areas of   Management, Marketing, and Communication. He attended dozens of courses, workshops, conferences, and   training sessions at leading institutions including LUMS. Rashid got excellent communication and leadership   skills, he believes in continuous learning, reads books, enjoys life, and willing to apply new ideas.
