Introduction:

Dr. Aisha Mudassir is Assistant Professor in UE Business School at the University of Education Lahore, Multan Campus, Multan. She has completed her PhD studies in Business Administration at the Institute of Management Sciences, Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan, Pakistan. She has been engaged in teaching and research since 2012. She has published 15 research papers in local and international journals. Her research interests include corporate governance, capital structure, Financial Management, Islamic Finance.
