Introduction:

I, Dr. Faiza Shaheen, am working as Assistant Professor of Education at Education Department in the University of Education Lahore, Faisalabad Campus. My work experience is up to 8 years in this organization. I accomplished my Ph.D. degree in July 2018, with the area of specialization of Educational Administration from the University of the Punjab Lahore, Pakistan. My PhD research work is on teachers’ emotional burnout from Organizational Behavior (OB), and I have published 6 articles on Teachers’ Burnout. Besides I have published other research articles and my research interest is in Teacher Education, School Management and Classroom teaching.
