An important meeting of the heads of all committees in connection with the 8th Convocation of the University of Education, Lahore was held on 15-06-2021, at its Bank Road Campus, chaired by the Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Talat Naseer Pasha (S.I.). After discussion, the tentative date of the Convocation was decided as August 24, 2021. The Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Talat Naseer Pasha (S.I.) directed all the heads of the committees to ensure timely completion of the arrangements required for the Convocation.
While addressing, the Vice-Chancellor emphasized the importance of the degree for graduates. He further stated that the award of the degree is not only an achievement of the graduate but also an honor for the University and its faculty. He further desired all the committees to be in touch with each other for better coordination. Dr. Muhammad Omar Saleem, Dr. Mubashar Nadeem, Sohail Ashfaq Butt, Muhammad Zubair Ikram, and other heads of committees were present on the occasion.
