International Conference on “Recent Advances in Mathematics (CORAM 2025)” Kicked Off at UE

The Two-day 3rd international Conference on “Recent Advances in Mathematics” kicked off at University of Education, Lahore organized by Department of Mathematics on April 16, 2025. In the Conference 157 national and international researchers from USA, Türkiye, China, Candana, Denmark, Morrocco, Portugal, Malysia, Iraq, Thailand, Lebanon, Ghana, KSA, UAE and Pakistan are participating. 157 research papers will be presented during the conference. In this regard, the opening ceremony was held in the main Campus Township of UE, which was presided over by the Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Aqif Anwar Chaudhry while the chief guest was Vice Chancellor of Government College, University, Lahore, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Omer Chaudhry. On this occasion, the Conference Chair Professor Dr. Muhammad Azam welcomed the participants and briefed about the aims and objectives of the conference. The important thing of the Conference is that this Conference is organizing at three different Campuses of UE i.e. Lahore, Multan and Faisalabad simultaneously.
Speaking at the inaugural ceremony, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Aqif Anwar Chaudhry said that this two-day event is a testament to our commitment for research, culture, innovation and global academic collaboration. The conference will provide an opportunity for researchers to discuss the current socio-industrial ground realities as well as the latest developments and research perspectives in the field of mathematics. Those Mathematicians from all over the world are participating in the conference, who are considered big names in this field. He said that through the Conference, new knowledge will be explored to apply in modernized demands of the era. Chief Guest Vice Chancellor Government College, University, Lahore, Muhammad Omer Chaudhry said that I commend the efforts of the Department of Mathematics and the university leadership for successfully organizing a conference of this magnitude and importance. The Conference theme plays a vital role in scientific progress, and platforms with the opportunity to engage in meaningful discourse, share findings, and explore innovative approaches. The participation of a diverse group of national and international scholars enhances the academic rigor and global relevance of this conference. A large number of teachers, staff and students, including Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Alam Saeed, Prof. Dr. Rana Abrar Hussain, Prof. Dr. Saminz Mazhar and Prof. Dr. Muhammad Umar Saleem were also present on this occasion.
