Introduction:

Dr. Muhammad Shahid Tufail has joined University of Education, Lahore as Professor in Business Administration at Department of Economics & Business Administration, Lower Mall Campus, UE Lahore from April, 2021. He has done his PhD in HRM from University of Bedfordshire, UK in 2015 and had earned his MBA from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad in 1999. He has 21 years of professional university level experience of teaching, research and administration with more than 12000 students in his account to date. He has got diversified experience of working with many professional organizations in the fields of Textiles, Banking, Consumer Conglomerates, Life Insurance firms and many more. His research area is HRM, OB and Performance Management with multiple publications in HEC recognized journals.
